Graze Farm to Plate exceeds expectations in quality and presentation as we only use fresh, local produce from the Phillip Island region. Being local farmers, we understand the importance of supporting local and showcasing what our beautiful region has to offer, whilst giving back to our community. On-site Grazing tables start at $17 p/p with minimum numbers required. This includes styling items, set up and picking up of items to the Phillip Island/ San Remo areas- other areas available, however a traveling fee applies.

Our Background
We are Matt and Katie Jeffery, local Phillip Island Farmers, fervent foodies and parents to our little wildflower. We live on the family farm in the ever-beautiful Ventnor where we have cattle and sheep. Phillip Island and surrounds has a beautiful array of local, family farmed produce that for some reason seems to be a bit of a secret. We are passionate about showing off this magnificent produce whilst supporting local industry. We grow our own produce and turn it into gorgeous condiments to your grazing experience. Katie is the creative behind the scenes and does most of the gathering, baking, cooking and delivering with a background in the wedding industry as an event manager. Matt knows first hand how much time, effort and love it takes to generate great quality, locally farmed produce. Farming is in his blood, being the 4th generation to be fortunate enough to work this land, his focus is making sure that the community is able to sample the best that we, and the Island has to offer. He is also our official taste tester, media manager and chief cheese board presenter. We would love to know about your story, your family and your celebration, and how we can help you bring all three together to make for a truly memorable event.

I ordered the grazing box on Valentine’s Day. Was absolutely amazing. I didn’t like blue cheese and I let them know so they were nice enough to even alternate to different cheese for me (went for charcoal goat cheese). Was absolutely amazing, family and friends enjoyed it. Very professional and friendly staff also.
